Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the GuildScript bot, website and related services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by TechPowerB's Team ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required to use Discord in your country) and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of a community or organisation, you represent that you are authorised to do so.

2. The Service

GuildScript lets server administrators upload and run their own JavaScript "agents" within a sandboxed runtime. You are solely responsible for the code you upload and the behaviour it produces in your server. We provide the runtime and limits; we do not author, endorse, or guarantee the output of your agents.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • violate any law, Discord's Terms of Service, or Discord's Community Guidelines;
  • attempt to break out of the sandbox, bypass rate limits, or disrupt the Service or other users;
  • send spam, harass others, or distribute malware or harmful content;
  • store or process data you do not have the right to handle.

We may suspend or terminate access that breaches these Terms.

4. Accounts, plans and payment

The Service offers a free plan and a paid Premium plan. Premium is billed as a recurring monthly subscription through our payment processor, Razorpay. By purchasing Premium you authorise us and Razorpay to charge the applicable fee each billing cycle until you cancel. Pricing is shown on our pricing page. Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Your data

If you connect your own database or AI provider keys, you remain the controller of that data and those credentials. Our handling of the limited information we process is described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, branding and documentation, is owned by TechPowerB's Team and protected by applicable laws. You keep ownership of the agent code you write. GuildScript is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Discord Inc.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service reliable but provide it on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service, and may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TechPowerB's Team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
