Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how TechPowerB's Team ("we," "us") collects, uses and protects information when you use the GuildScript bot and website (the "Service"). We aim to collect as little as possible.

Information we collect

  • Discord identifiers: your Discord user ID and server (guild) IDs, used to operate the bot, apply plan limits and link your subscription to your account.
  • Agent code & configuration: the JavaScript agents and settings you upload, so the Service can run them.
  • Payment information: when you buy Premium, payment is processed by Razorpay. We receive a subscription and payment status and identifiers from Razorpay, but we do not receive or store your full card details.
  • Credentials you connect: if you add your own database link or AI provider key, we store them encrypted and use them only to run your agents. They are never exposed to your agent code in plain text.

How we use information

  • to operate, maintain and secure the Service;
  • to enforce plan limits and prevent abuse;
  • to process and manage Premium subscriptions;
  • to respond to support requests.

Payment processing

Premium subscriptions are handled by Razorpay. Your payment is subject to Razorpay's own privacy policy and terms. We only receive the information needed to confirm and manage your subscription, such as its status and a subscription/payment identifier.

Data sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers that help us run the Service (such as our payment processor and hosting/database providers), and only as needed, or where required by law.

Data retention

We keep your account data while your account is active. If you stop using the Service or remove the bot, you may request deletion of your stored data by contacting us. Note that any database you connect is hosted on your own infrastructure and is controlled by you.

Security

We use industry-standard measures, including encryption of sensitive credentials, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to safeguard your data.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. To exercise these rights, reach us through our Discord server.

Children

The Service is not directed to children under the minimum age required to use Discord, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above.
