GuildScript is a digital service. There are no physical goods to ship. This policy explains how access is delivered after purchase.
Digital delivery
When you purchase GuildScript Premium, your benefits are activated electronically and automatically. As soon as Razorpay confirms a successful payment, your account is upgraded and the higher Premium limits apply across every Discord server you own — typically within a few minutes.
How to access your purchase
- Start your subscription from inside Discord with the /premium command, which gives you a secure Razorpay payment link.
- After payment, run /profile to see your active plan and limits, or /payment-status to check a payment in progress.
No physical shipping
Because everything is delivered online, there are no shipping charges, courier services, or delivery timelines for physical items. Nothing is mailed to you.
Delivery issues
If your Premium benefits have not activated within a reasonable time after a successful payment, please contact us through our Discord server with your payment reference, and we'll resolve it promptly.
