Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to the GuildScript Premium subscription operated by TechPowerB's Team.

Subscriptions

GuildScript Premium is a recurring monthly digital subscription billed through Razorpay. Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel it.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time. When you cancel, your subscription will not renew for the next billing cycle, and your Premium benefits remain active until the end of the period you have already paid for. After that, your account returns to the free plan. Your agents and data are not deleted when Premium ends.

Refunds

Because Premium is a digital service delivered instantly and consumed over the billing period, fees are generally non-refundable once a billing cycle has begun.

However, we will review refund requests in good faith where:

  • you were charged due to a technical or billing error on our side;
  • you were charged after a valid cancellation;
  • a duplicate or accidental charge was made for the same period.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Razorpay, typically within 5–7 business days of approval. The exact time to appear in your account depends on your bank or card issuer.

How to request a refund

Open a ticket or message us on our Discord server within 7 days of the charge, including your Discord username/ID and the payment reference. We respond to all requests within 2 business days.
